Getting error while finalizing burning

Ok, so I'm trying to burn a firmware disc (from a file I downloaded). It burns fine up until the point where you finalize it. I then get an error message saying "This disc is incompatible with the source disc" - what does this mean?

Never seen that message before. What software are you using to burn? What type of disc are you using?

It seems to be isolated to this particular file. I tried different brands of media, different speeds, and different caches and nothing worked. In the meantime I've burned other stuff with no problems whatsoever. Anyway, I've decided to forget about the particular firmware file. Thanks for the help anyway, Moth3r.
