Capture card reccomendations - Original Trilogy

I have a Canopus ADVC-110 converter box, but it's kind of out of comission and I'm going to get it repaired, but I'm also thinking about just getting a capture card. This is what I would like out of it:

*RCA/S-video inputs on the back of it, sticking out of the computer (or something just as easy)
*Ability to capture to whatever codec I prefer
*Macrovision disabilization

Can anyone kindly reccomend one that sounds like it might fit the description?

Any cheap BT878-based PCI card should do the trick.

Mine is a Leadtek Winfast VC100 XP.
