"Better" compression in this case means smaller file size. RAR and Wavpack are both lossless, but Wavpack is designed specifically for audio.

Yes, I meant smaller. Small enough to be archived on a CD-ROM.
The SFV posted yesterday of the uncompressed WAV is the same I posted in September.

Could someone repost the "lowered-level" ANH '77 stereo on RapidShare or a torrent, or point me to one, perhaps? (I don't have newsgroup access). I'll take the 0db-peak one, too, but I'd prefer the "reference-level" one if someone has it and is willing to share.
