Lambada shuttle... no?
Lambada shuttle... no?
Yes, I would also have accepted Macarena-chlorians.
This game is really no big deal, you can't get any lower than the current situation with the actual movies. This is classy compared to that crass bullshit.
I’m Han Solo, I’m Han Solo, I’m Han Solo… Erag!!!! I got it stuck in my head. Any way what a bout having Jar Jar do the Macarena Or maybe he can do Numa Numa

Unbelievably, someone's already gone there.
Deviant art, indeed.

And you know what the odd thing is? I've been singing it like that, with the fake lyrics, since I first heard the song months ago. They stole my balloons idea!!
If they give me my proper blu-ray of the OTs, they can make all this other weird crap they want for all I care.

Then it's worse than I thought... WEREWOLVES!
So I tried to see if I can download a free demo of this thru my xbox. Interestingly, there is no free demo. Since most xbox games seem to get a demo, I wonder if they knew this was a stinker.
You know of the rebellion against the Empire?

I'd say no more than half of Xbox games get a demo. Kinect Disneyland, arguably one of the best Kinect games (er... for kids) has no demo either. And Happy Action Theatre, the actual best Kinect game, does. So there you go.

"They're my movies." -George Lucas. 19 people won oscars for their work on Star Wars (1977) and George Lucas wasn't one of them.
I just learned there was star wars dancing in a gamecube game.
Interesting. Has that game ever been explored as a source for untouched OT footage?
Dancing seems to have been around in SW games for a while. ;)
Where were you in '77?
Actually, the footage in Rebel Strike is from the SE.
Rats!
Where were you in '77?
The disco also appears in the arcade easter egg with the Atari games.
I saw the entire playthrough of the Han Solo dance on YouTube, and of everything I've ever seen in my life, this is the one thing I wish I could unsee. But I cannot.

What system(s) was Demolition on?
It's also on Dreamcast.
Maybe it's just me, but I don't get the appeal of V8 or Demolition...just seems like Streets of Sim City to me, with much smaller stages, and without the terrible music.

Due to my limited experience with xbox, I'll grant that probably only half of the games get demos. But there is a demo for Kinect Disneyland; I downloaded it. It does seem like most of the major releases get demos.

Hmmm... looking for a way to still be right here... hmmm...
Ah, here it is... So, there is a demo for Disneyland... but it came out in February- four months after the November release. So it didn't have one upon release, or when I bought it in December.
I don't think any of the Halo games ever get demos, and I think most Call of Duty games eschew demos as well.
This is all somewhat academic, however, because I agree with you. This seems like a game that should have a demo, unless they're afraid it would have a negative effect on sales.
However, the comparison to Disneyland is probably a good one. There's a built-in fan-base that will purchase the game based on the subject matter alone. They'll buy it with or without a demo. After all of those units have sold, there is another segment that might be won over with a demo- if the game is any good.
Hopefully we see a demo in a month or so. I know I won't be buying it any time soon. I doubt a demo would change my mind, but I'd be happy to try it out.

My laughter turned to tears, than to laughter...then back to tears.
Also, seems like the game gets even more ridiculous, (and Village Peopleish) as it progresses.
That's 100% real. :/
Once again C-3PO finds himself being the brunt of gay jokes.
Damn you, LucasArts! Damn you straight to hell!
They must have been inspired by that weird French variety show clip someone posted on Youtube a couple years back. ;)

I don't think Anthony Daniels can even raise his arms like that in the suit.

I can just imagine the look of horror on their mother's faces when young boys are caught striking those poses to that tune :-D
