Besides CGI nudity many films in which a penis is shown the actor is actually wearing a prosthetic.

I just meant you can shoot someone in the head and it’s PG-13, but show a penis for one second and it’s NC-17.
You can simulate shooting someone in the head. It isn’t real. The penis is.
Not saying I agree with the ratings boards, but I don’t like the idea that simulated violence = the real thing.jedit- THE PENIS IS REAL! NEVER FORGET!
Watchmen is R for (among other things) nudity, yet much of the nudity is CGI.
What?
I’ve never seen Watchmen. Why is there CGI nudity?
Dr Manhattan in his blue energy form is completely nude for a few scenes.
You probably don’t recognize me because of the red arm.
Episode 9 Rewrite, The Starlight Project (Released!) and ANH Technicolor Project (Released!)

Like Transamerica?
The Person in Question
Probably due to my own fear of death, there seems a huge difference between a death depicted on film (no matter how graphic) and seeing a real person actually lose their life. My fear of penises must rank a lot lower, because the difference between a simulation and the real thing seems a lot less significant.

I believe he’s naked in the comics too?
Where were you in '77?
Only Frink and I know the winged phallic horrors of the Hayden Christensen film Virgin Territory. 😉

Don’t forget Your Highness. Anyone who saw that Minotaur dick used as a prop over and over is never the same again.

That’s true, but the genitals are shown far less often in the comics IIRC (maybe two or three times total in the whole series).

At least it didn’t fly around.
Did you know they had a tie in contest where the winner had to find that thing hidden somewhere in the U.S.? I kid you not!

It irks me that this song never got an official music video.

I think music videos are worthless and degrade the experience of music. Music should be listened with ones own imagination (unless it is a film music that composer specifically link to the film scenes). Even when I watch the music video of some song that I have already listened on its own, the video is always completely off because it simply doesn’t fit to what was created by the imagination while experiencing that music.

A valid point for sure, but what if the composer of the song had a certain imagery they wanted to project with the song and they use the video to project it?
I’m not implying that most videos are like this, just a thought.

Well in that (rare) case the same exception would apply as for film scenes.

About 35 years too late for that argument. 😉
Although the Beatles made some proto music videos too. And then there’s Fantasia.

So did I read that right? Frink and Wook have played with Minotaur dick? Together?
You guys are terrible … just raunchy.
Maybe someone should let the Cyclops know his huge Man-sack is next.
LOL

Mike isn’t the only one.
Well then I guess you guys shouldn’t be talking about Minotaur dicks in a humorous way … then maybe I wouldn’t have found it funny to begin with.
Or is this just another case of “the only humor that is humorous is what we say is humorous, not what you say is humorous Fo” syndrome?
It’s in a fucking movie.

This might be the dumbest thing you’ve ever said, which is really saying something.
It’s in a fucking movie.
Soooooo it’s a shitty or degrading movie then?

Well I did say “might.” 😉

Yes, it’s a shitty movie. A shitty movie with Natalie Portman, whose dialogue is useful for my project.
It’s a very R rated comedy that’s kind of like a drug fueled session of Dungeons and Dragons. (And a pinch of Heavy Metal magazine back in it’s 70’s prime.) I got Frink a copy because Natalie Portman is in it, (she’s better here than in all of the prequels) and there’s plenty of dialog he can use in his ROTS edit.
JEDIT:Frink beat me to it.
