I really need this font to finish some covers I'm working on (see below for a peek) ANY help would be appreciated!



I do know that it has come up in the past but I could not find it after looking around for over 30 minutes - If I'm not mistaken this is the same font that was used on the Definitive Collection Laserdisc boxset.

Sneek-Peek into my next cover set!


See, I need that font to finish them (and the font from the back of the Faces set would BE sweet also!)

You could try looking on here: http://www.acidfonts.com

They've got about 1000 fonts, with examples of each. It'd take awhile to go through them all, but there's a good chance the font you're looking for is there.

If your talking about the logo - this is just a proto-type the back is a generic template I made, I've yet to finish the backs as I'm looking for the fonts

Normally you can go here, answer some questions and it will narrow down to a list of 30 or so fonts.

In this case, it didn't yield any useful results, however if you have a larger sample you may get more luck than I did.

I FOUND THE FONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure if I'll use it for the same purpose as Rikter, but I always love to grab fonts when I can, especially expensive or obscurely rare ones. I wish there was a Font torrent that weighed in at a few gigs - that would be cool. (Sorry for going slightly off-topic).

I couldn't download the font, it just redirected me to microsoft.com

Not wishing to ram the Usenet newsgroups down peoples throats but there is a binaries newsgroup dedicated to fonts just as there is for Star Wars.

I put a request in the font newsgroup and someone sent me the font within 4 hours.......


If anyone else wants the font, let me know.

(I deleted the first "http://" without realizing that the second one didnt have the colon)
