I know the feeling. And I would like to bitch about how my job stresses me the fuck out to where I can’t even relax at home. I can’t ever just relax and enjoy a moment anymore.

…well that certainly gives us that in common, my friend…indeed…!

Does not that merely make me politely stressed…?

Being Canadian isn’t as stress-free as Canadian propaganda makes it out to be.

I’ve got plenty to bitch about but it probably won’t do me a bit of a good –

I hate the fact that what’s bothering me is nothing I can control and at the same time mostly my fault. I know it’s stupid and I’ve heard more than a few people tell me to “forget about it and move on”.

I’d like to tell this folks to fuck right off because I’m not one of those people who can switch my feelings on and off like a fucking light switch. Also, if I could even MANAGE to do this, I’m pretty sure the good would go a long with the bad. Make sense?

I’d also like to take a moment and bitch at myself for having more than a few reminders of this bullshit hanging around me 24/7 and it’s nothing I can really get rid of.

Okay, I think that’s about it.

Hope your days are at least getting a bit better. I know it’s still a bit of a pull for now. I’ll send you a PM.

K. Let’s have this ride.

Sometimes it sure does

I am not lost. I know exactly where I am, I am in some shitty fucking hell, which is exactly what I deserve. But you… YOU are lost. All my life I thought that I needed you, that I couldn’t survive without you, fuck! Fuck! It was the other fucking way around. It was the other way around.

I don’t care about the boobs either way. The effort to restore the boobs is what I find ridiculous.

preservation isn’t about how important one thinks the cut material is or how much one thinks it improves the whole, it is merely about preserving the whole as it originally was.

Like I said, might as well preserve Audi commercials as well. There’s no comparison between saving Star Wars and saving boobs in a kids short.

Pixar’s shorts are quite an important part of cinematic history; it doesn’t matter how something compares to Star Wars. That’s your only argument whenever you say something isn’t worth preserving. You do realize that regardless of how a films releases have been treated in the past, there are more important films to preserve than Star Wars. The fact that SW has been treated like crap is the only reason it’s seen as more important for preservation than everything else.

Army of Darkness: The Medieval Deadit | The Terminator - Color Regrade | The Wrong Trousers - Audio Preservation
SONIC RACES THROUGH THE GREEN FIELDS.
THE SUN RACES THROUGH A BLUE SKY FILLED WITH WHITE CLOUDS.
THE WAYS OF HIS HEART ARE MUCH LIKE THE SUN. SONIC RUNS AND RESTS; THE SUN RISES AND SETS.
DON’T GIVE UP ON THE SUN. DON’T MAKE THE SUN LAUGH AT YOU.

OMG why has this nothingness turned into a discussion? A Pixar short had excessive boobs. Years later they altered it to a flat chest. Some feel the need to preserve the original, others think it’s stupid. What more can be said about it?

Don’t do drugs, unless you’re with me.

it seems to be in question whether or not it was originally a kids short, and preservation isn’t just about preserving what you think is important.

I have no idea as to importance of these Pixar shorts to cinema history, but that doesn’t mean they don’t deserve preservation. Just because I don’t like something or find it important doesn’t mean it isn’t worthy of preservation. There may be more important films to preserve than Star Wars, but not many. I do not think preserving the anatomy in question in this one Pixar short is more important than Star Wars, but that does doesn’t mean that those that wish to preserve it are wrong for wanting to. I myself have never seen this short and probably will never see it.

I’m assuming this is a typo.

Restore one breast, leave the other one off. Women who’ve received partial mastectomies must be represented in pop culture.

I can’t believe there are TV stations which

A. still show panned-and-scanned cuts of movies

and

B. letterbox movies & TV shows shot in 4:3

The latter is particularily pointless and stupid.

I mean, if the TV show was shot in 4:3, it’s not like they have a choice.
