Do you have to be a fan of everything you use in an edit? It could be funny to have a random Viper or Cylon raider shot down in either Death Star battle, or the rag tag fleet mixed in with the Rebel fleet? 😉

I’m not sure if you’re still taking suggestions but I think using the Dr Robotnik boss theme from Sonic 2 during the Grievous battle/chase would be really funny.
Admittedly, I only thought of this because of your use of the Aquatic Ruin Zone theme around the Gungan city in TRM. Best.

Maybe…it doesn’t necessarily fit (unless you think of Obi-Wan jumping onto the wheel bike like Sonic jumping on the Dr.'s head?) but I do like that song. I will have to check to see how present the existing music is…unfortunately I think it might be too difficult to remove without losing sound fx. The other option would be to strip out music and sfx, which now sounds jarring to me, or do that plus add in sfx…which is a pain. We’ll see.

You’re right. It would probably need new sfx to work properly, maybe even some speeding up and significant cuts to the action to make it work. A lot of work for something that’s more of a nostalgic “oh, cool” moment than being outright funny.

I’d never heard this version before. That might even be a bit easier to incorporate than the original, tonally.

I think that would be better than having him just say it. I find the idea of him worrying to himself about what is legal as he’s being killed much funnier than him actually asking it.

OT, what do your elf eyes see?
I reworked the position and sizes of the PIP windows from the open, in order to fix various problems (windows over black bars, black bars within windows, inconsistent size of windows, characters too close to overscan limits, and so on). I reviewed the new clip multiple times and always found something else that needed fixing, usually a new problem I introduced such as resizing a window for one part of the clip but not the next part. I’ve watched and fixed and watched and fixed so many times now that I’ve gone slightly mad(der).
If someone could watch and check for problems it would be appreciated. The original clip is in the first post of the thread if you want to compare for some reason.
