Hahahaha
Solid joke.
Don’t do drugs, unless you’re with me.
I give it a 4… Out of 5.
*sigh* yet another crap thread.
It’s an amusing joke.

Best fan edit ever.
Thanks so much for this! This will be my go-to versions of the PT from now on!
And welcome to originaltrilogy.com!
Warbler not approving of a joke? I’m completely shocked. Baffled even.
could someone please explain the joke?
could someone please explain the joke?
Since the Prequels are so CGI-heavy and were almost completely filmed against blue screens, “de-specializing” it takes away the CGI, leaving you with a blue screen.

I give this explanation a 5 out of 5. I was tempted to dock a point for it having been necessary in the first place, But decided against it since that wasn’t the explanations fault.

oooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Nice entrance to a new member. I’ll set out making subtitles and chapter stops.
I never had the nerve to make the final cut.
Is it going to feature any color correction or added grain?
Did you use 35mm elements for CPY?

I honestly wish there was a despecialized edition of the PT out there. Watching this
in motion and with accompanying dialogue would send my sides splitting wide open.

If only they had kept the arms and body and just CGI’d the head, then Jar Jar would have at least looked real.
Not enough people read the EU.
I thought they did for the most part?
Nah. In shots where you only see his legs or his arms it’s practical. But otherwise CG. Which is a shame, though considering how janky that CG was it might not have matched up with the practical very well.
I always thought the Jar Jar CGI looked pretty good compared to all other CG creatures/characters in the PT. It’s been about ten years since I’ve seen it, and that was on VHS so maybe he doesn’t hold up today.
The Person in Question
I’ve never thought he looked fake. I just wanted to set him on fire.
^This.
