For those that don't remember or didn't know, I've been living in Québec for about ten months (with my family) to learn French. A couple days ago, I had to present a five-minute song analysis in French class. I spent a lot of time on it, and didn't finish the written portion without help. I was feeling fairly nervous, since I got laughed at during the last presentation I made (which wasn't terribly well done).

This time, however, I didn't feel too nervous the day I had to present. I asked to go first, to get it over with as quickly as possible. To my surprise, I made it through without my knees knocking together, no one laughed, and got 96% to top it off, so I'm pretty happy (it helps that my usually cranky teacher was in a good mood).

Do you do leeching? That's what I need -- leechs, a lot of 'em, applied to the face and neck. 

A comic con is coming to my area this summer for the first time, I am looking forward to it.

Oh and the world needs more barbers.  As a guy I am sick of having to go into hair dressers and deal with being offered all sorts of products and only having magazines that appeal to girls to read.

I may be an old stick in the mud but I think the world needs more barber shops.

Indeed. Much like the abolishment of slavery, and the Civil Rights Movement of the 60s, it may now be the law of the land, but it needs to be executed. Execution is the tricky part.

Every time "execute" is used in that sense, I am reminded of my younger self deducing that the Jedi order of the prequels was the 66th Jedi order....

Yeah it is a great country where less then half a dozen unelected people who do not answer in any way to anyone can force their will on more then three hundred million people because they have an armed military and police force on their side who is unlike anything that has ever been seen in human history.

Also if we have no right to judge anyone and this is all about freedom then how come people who want to marry more then one person or people who want to marry animals were not included in this ruling?  Seems to me the pro gay marriage people are just as judgmental of the love of people they don't like as anyone else.

All the unhappiness that gays blame on chrisitans will not go away because of this ruling, so the time will come soon where Christians will be forced to either renounce their faith or face public execution.  You may laugh but that day is coming, they are already forcing chrisitans to make wedding cakes and now with this ruling churches will be force to preform this "marriages", so the out and out banning of the faith under the belief that it will solve all of gays personal problems can not be far behind.

The fact is America is not a free country and problems like this will never be resolved peacefully as long as five old unelected people are allowed to force their will on others.  I wonder if the ruling would have gone this way if they had to stand for election, didn't have an armed police force who murders anyone who questions them behind them, of they answered to the people in any way.

I love the fact that 99% of the time Christians are treated as pure evil in this country but despite that fact gays still want to use the courts to force the church to give them the blessing of the church and whenever something like 9/11 happens all you people can't run to the church fast enough to beg for protection.  Either Christians are an evil backwards hate group who shouldn't be listened to, in which case why do you care about getting married or getting wedding cakes, or they are the servants of God in which case ignoring the world of God is the dumbest thing you can do.

All I can say is if the Church in this country still stood for anything the next time there was a disaster in this country they would refuse to help and they would bar their doors to all the hypocrites who come running looking for protection from the Church.  You have made your choice now you have to live with it and never complain about the fallout when God with draws his protection from this country.

I know I am finished here after posting this because in this country there is no room in public for anyone who believes the Bible is the holy word of God so don't worry I am deleting my account.

Just remember when you find yourself still unhappy and depressed even after all the people who you say were attacking you are gone and when this country goes up in smoke, you were warned and you called us all crazy.

This country has made it's choice and the Bible is clear, we are not supposed to try and change anyone's minds.  The time has come for all Christians who believe in the Bible to do what I am going to do. Leave, and never again have any contact with the world.  This country has chosen hell so when everyone in it ends up burning in it they have no one to blame but themselves.  I am done with all contact with the outside world.  Nothing good has ever come of Christians trying to coexist with the people of the world, instead the world uses it's weapons to force us to sin.  All Christians should just cut themselves off and wait for death, that way they can't be forced to break the laws handed down to us by God.

Today proves that having contact with nonbelievers is in and of it's self a sin that destroys the church and I guilty of it as anyone.  Well no more.  I will never speak to anyone who isn't a member of my church for as long as a live, no good can come of it.

That's good news?
