As for the cans... only one thing goes in cans like that... :)
Couldn't resist getting started on Empire? :P
I'm more interested in what's in those cans.
WHAT'S IN THE BOX???!!!
Ha! Well I did my best. :) Once I'd blueprinted three of the originals for my first official LFL Star Wars gig, I didn't have much of an excuse not to build one...

LOL, don't tell me that you got yourself the original negatives...
More seriously, is that an interpositive by any chance?
A good quality theatrical print would also be pretty nice but they don't usually come in "Hollywood Film Co." cans I believe.
“English, motherf***er! Do you speak it!?”
Nearly all my prints come in Hollywood Film Co cans.

My bad. I wasn't sure since I've never seen any American print for real.

If anyone is curious, those cans are freaking heavy.
(Now what movie is in them??? And there should be more for a complete feature...)
What’s the internal temperature of a TaunTaun? Luke warm.

I'm more interested to have heard a "Se7en" quote from Harmy; it is surprising how far-reaching some films can turn out to be.
Actually, that brings to mind an off-screen running joke during "Arrow", mentioned in a Dallas Comic Con Stephen Amell panel I filmed, here's a direct link to that part https://youtu.be/YV0ZOC2kZGE?t=38m30s

Honestly wishing I was just rickrolled.
Can't view the video from my country.
So both boxes are now mysteries.

Looks like Empire and Jedi to me! And 20 more years of work! :-)
Wild guess : 70mm prints ?
Well Mike, I finally took the time to watch all the movies you posted on Vimeo. All I can say is, I wish George Lucas and Lucasfilm in general had the same reverence for the original 1977 release of Star Wars that you obviously have.
It seems unlikely we'll see the final result without Lucasfilm approval, but it's good to know that a complete restoration of the original Star Wars will be in existence somewhere in this Galaxy.
I am in awe of your work and dedication...

Nope, it was a music video by Poster Children. We think there will be a lot of demand for music videos soon. Stay tuned.

I dig Poster Children. And not just because I'm from Illinois.

The Champaign/Urbana music scene was pretty great in the early nineties.
And it was a vast improvement over REO Speedwagon. ;-)

Obviously it's a surviving copy of the cancelled Holiday Special release.
