"I'm soy" is one of the funnier things I've read here.

...wonder what ever happened to nanner split's efforts... last I heard, there were delays, then all ready to rock, then nothing...

I have tried to recreate this box and I have wasted so much ink trying to get it right. Can you tell me the exact printer settings and format i need to make it correctly. When I print them out I can never get the back cover to fit correctly because its too big
Never tried the box, but most software pays very little attention to the actual size of an image when printing--they all attempt to do different stretch-to-fit algorithms (such that "stretch to fit" and "don't stretch to fit" are actually just two different stretching algorithms, neither correct).
I use Photoshop, which works. I'm sure there's others. Windows Photo Viewer is a bad move.
A newer and more complete 20 minute version of the documentary.
Still work in progress but it will have to do for a while, I think, so I'd welcome it very much, if people made English SDH and foreign subtitles for this, so I can add them :-)

Hey! You kept my voice after all :)
What’s the internal temperature of a TaunTaun? Luke warm.
Love the peek BTS of this consistently awe-inspriring project
Well, I see no reason for criticizing the 2006 twice, but otherwise than that it's impressive as always :-)
Yes, it's too bad there are repetitions about motion smearing and other stuff such as the repetition about the non-anamorphic GOUT, with the exact same extracts to illustrate every time.
The video has been blocked by FOX! And I was just going to download.
Shoulda got it the last two times I watched... ; )
Any chance of re-upping somewhere?
Yeah, will reup to GDrive and post a link soon.
Ooooou... Sh** is getting serious!

I watched this the other day when it hit Facebook. Very helpful for keeping track of all the different projects around here. :D

Watching that video gave me a better appreciation for how great the DeSpecialized is and all the effort thats gone into it. Thanks for all your hard work!
Great work on the documentary, Harmy! Totally professional.
Thanks for the doco, I look forward to watching it.
Thanks a lot for the documentary Harmy !
Merci Bewy pour les subs.
De rien ;)
And thank you Harmy for the doc and SW Despecialized!
Hey all,
After hitting a few snags in learning how to get the movies from the internet and under discs wrapped comfortably in cases, I finally got the despecialized versions of A New Hope and Empire Strikes back humming. They look absolutely amazing, and were absolutely worth the effort, so I just want to thank Harmy & all involved for unleashing these magnificent films on the world. While it may seen a little on the nose for a site like this, the force is strong with you guys.
An elegant user, from a more civilized time.
I just finished watching the extended documentary of the Despecialized Edition. I had no idea Lucasfilms refused to allow the National Film Registry the preserve the unaltered version of Star Wars.
Sick, isn't it?

More like degrading. I understood Lucas being a perfectionist and wanting his movies to meet with his vision and all, but THAT?!? There's making bad decisions for your art, but that more shows...Oh man, I can't believe I'm about to say it. That shows Lucas has no appreciation for his art.
I'm only sorry it took me this long to realize it.

Or respect for other peoples' art. A most meddlesome executive producer.
