Anyone know if Harmy got the audio needed for ESB and ROTJ? Would love to see harmy release these two too, to go with ep. 4.

I don't know if he has acquired the Cinema DTS for the trilogy, but it is easily available on MySpleen to grab if/when he needs it...  That being said, I am guessing that his work on ROTJ Despecialized holds priority over completing the Respecialized Trilogy.

Is it readily available on myspleen in DTS-HD synced to some specific release?

If I may ask, how does one acquire a Spleen invite?

thanks in advance for any help.

It would not be in this thread.  Sign up for the spleen forums and there is a thread in there where you can ask.

Hope this helps.

Quick question Harmy and if this was mentioned earlier I apologize. I noticed on your ReSpecialized version that the timing of the Fox and Lucasfilm logos is different than the way it was on the VHS and (I'm assuming) Laserdisc of the '97 SE. Was this intentional? Is the way you have it the way it actually appeared when shown in theaters in '97? Just asking. Another awesome piece of work you've reconstructed!

I also have the 'Five Star Collection' DVDs of the '97 SE's and the timing on that from what I can see seems identical to the '04 DVDs.

Can someone please send me a link or point me in the right direction of where to download this? Love your work on Despecialized Harmy, would love to see V and VI Respecialized as well!

Apologies in advance, I'm a newb here. Finally joined up today.

He'll make V and VI when they reach the 2.5 mark. I believe he said that this one only took a matter of a couple of days to put together.

I know you're new (so am I relatively) but the thing to do would be to PM just about anybody on this forum for an invite.

Well said and just to give every new member a heads up the protocol is to PM Frink for any invitation request, or just for any question in general. Keep in mind he's famous for the whole "there's no such thing as a stupid question" thing and he absolutely loves it and is happy to help out. When I was new I had like a million questions and I PM'd Frink for literally every single one and he was super helpful.

So I'm still relatively new and I'm not sure if that's a joke but if it isn't then that's good to know.

Also let me just take a quick moment to say that everybody on this forum is the best. I'm a member of at least three other forums that are not nearly as friendly and even familial as OT.com. So kudos to you guys for being awesome.

What do you think of the Dragon Boxes?

I'll pop in on that one just to say I'm trying to fix a severe teal shift in the Dragon Boxes we call Toei Sky Syndrome over on my IRC channels.

I think they're great, but not perfect. In Star Wars terms, the closest analogue I can make is that they're like the GOUT of Dragon Ball Z, but instead of the ghosting and motion smearing preserved from the 1993 LD transfer it has poorly aged colors and muffled optical audio that sounds like it was encoded underwater. It's the best we have in terms of complete, clean, uncut DBZ.

Also I would try to put us back on topic but what even is the topic since Harmy has completed the Respecialized version for this thread? Anyway I might move this discussion to the non-Star Wars board.
