No, if it's a girl I would think you named her after a Star Trek character in a skintight catsuit. Which is kind of creepy.

On the off-chance I ever have a daughter -- and on the offer-chance that I feel like naming her after a Star Trek character -- I'll name her Jadzia.

I'm really just wondering about the Seven thing. I mean, everyone knows what we're talking about.

I was going to name my first born Seven. Now are people going to think he/she is named after a Star Wars movie?

Nah, they'll think s/he is named after a Seinfeld episode.

Well at least they'd be right.

At first glance, I thought this was the face of Anakin Skywalker from 'Return of the Jedi'.

Don't be silly. Sebastian Shaw wasn't ginger. ;)

Actually it might have been cool in the prequels if they'd gone for a Shaw-style dark-haired Anakin and a blonde Padme. But no, I guess Lucas just had to make them identical forebears of Luke and Leia.

A Yoda bong has been spotted in the past. I wonder if Lucas has an archive of all the weird unlicensed items made since 1977?

The Gollum bong at least makes a little sense. And what the heck is that thing in the middle?

How long before a photo of one of the bad guys in the new Mad Max movie gets passed off as the Episode 7 villain? ;)

Went into the Disney store in Belfast today.....big poster of Star Wars in the window,.....Luke, Han, Leia, Ben,....in the shop they had all classic Star Wars,.....you would have thought you were back in 1977.....then I spotted it....a Anakin Skywalker figure,.....just that one character,....Hyden with long hair......a minuscule amount of Prequel just to spoil the mood

I haven't even thought of setting foot in a Disney store to look for Star Wars stuff. They bought all of Star Wars, not just the parts we like. ;)

I've seen photos of Anakin and Darth Maul in the theme parks, but so far no Jar Jar...

Been visiting Disney stores pretty regularly looking for a Boba Fett Black Series figure. Haven't seen one single one since they released. So annoying.

I'm sure the toy scalpers hit those locations too. I used to see them stroll into stores like Suncoast not too many years ago, and walk out with a case or two of figures that never hit the sales floor. Nothing quite like having a backdoor deal with the management.

Oh yeah, I wouldn't be surprised. Just hoping to find two, that's all I want. I haven't even seen a series past the Han/Leia/Greedo/Boba series.

I've been quite lucky with the 6" Black Series so far. Boba Fett and Stormtrooper were hard to find and I had to pay over the top to get them. I have never seen the Stormtrooper in any shop and Boba Fett only once after I had already bought it.

The future for the 6" figures continues to be good as so far there are no more prequel figures on the horizon.

The next wave of figures are...

luke Skywalker Jedi, Darth Vader, Chewbacca, Sandtrooper (Black shoulder flash). Future releases are...Han Solo Stormtrooper disguise, Bossk, C-3PO, Yoda.

Larger 6" figure sets coming soon are Jabba The Hutt and Biker Scout with Speeder Bike

Please. If we do not have a thread in Off Topic already, please make one. :) I'm already thinking of possible captions.

Hoping they decide to write some novels for poorly used characters in the Bane Sith Line. A novel about Freedon Nadd would be nice and or explaining how such a figure could be so criminally overlooked in spite of inspiring the story lines of so many EU figures (Kun, Revan, and Zannah and Bane).

A novel about Freedon Nadd would have been awesome -- prior to 1999/2002. If one were to be written now, though, a load of prequelisms would almost certainly be shoved into it, and I personally have no interest in seeing more stuff from TOTJ bastardized to reflect that garbage.

OK, that really is kind of weird that this comes with so little fanfare, since a digital restoration would have to have been done for a DCP of the original to exist.

Would be sweet if true, but too far away for me.
