Last night we had Halloumi steaks (marinaded in buttermilk the previous night) wrapped in Nori sheets and breaded on a bed of steamed samphire, with potato chunks oven cooked with rosemary from the garden.

Tasted nice with bit of lemon salt and pepper.

Tonight I have prepared a broccoli macaroni cheese, just waiting for the word.

if you can blow out 16 candles in one puff you are well on your way.

So Ender's calculation was incorrect. You have only completed 14 years and you have just started a fifteenth one.

Ye elder beings I feel aeons aged.

No, ender was correct. Birthdays mark the completion of years. I turned fifteen, which means I have lived for fifteen complete years. My first birthday was at the end of my first year, and so on.

 ^that's what Frink's mom said.

The buns were a big hit. I made some more jam with blackberries I froze in the Autumn.

It's just a topical variation on the perennial Marconi Cheese.
