I hate the sight of rotting dead people. Dead people are OK, but rotting dead people are less okay. I hate the sight of maggots/worms even more. I've can handle them better than I used to, but I was freaked out by even the centipede things in AOTC the first few times I watched it. Wormy things crawling out of rotting dead people is a terrible combination and I have trouble stomaching that kind of thing.

But worms are full of protein ...

So, you want him too get hungry when he sees a dead body covered in worms and maggots?

For me it would be characters we are supposed to like, ignoring waiters in restaurants. Kinda makes me instantly think they are actually rude pr*cks. Even in a scene like 'Jack Rabbit Slims' from 'Pulp Fiction' where the waiter isn't just an extra (He's played by Steve Buscemi), our two heroes just sit in uncomfortable silence while he serves them their drinks, no please, no thanks, no cheers, not even a smile or a nod... I'd have p*ssed in their 5 Dollar shake and Vanilla Coke! ;-)

Seconded! I have also noticed and gotten irritated at that.

Also, smoking marijuana is better for anxiety, as when you eat it it stays with you MUCH longer, so therefor if it freaks you out, you'll be freaking out for a WHIILE, whereas if you smoke it, it won't be so long.

But that's off topic.

I also detest fart jokes.

I also hate REALLY obvious set ups to lame jokes about people being stupid.

Example.  (even tho this is a great film), in fellowship of the ring, pippen says "You need someone of intelligence on this sort of mission...quest...thing..." Mary says "That rules you out pip".  I spent a good 5 minutes after that happened not enjoying the movie and just thinking about how annoying that 10 seconds were.  Otherwise great film

Most people do, but I prefer my dead bodies to be fresh and sexy.

This specific alarm sound...

...spoils and takes me out of any movie or videogame it's in.

I worked really long nightshifts for a few years so I needed something loud and unpleasant on my iPhone to wake me up and make me go switch it off (Setting nice sounds only meant I'd sleep through them). The iPhone uses that exact sound ^, it was only later that I discovered that a few movies also used that sound and I'd developed a 'Pavlov's Dog' like response to it... of feeling almost physically sick at the dread of getting up and going to work exhausted.

Yesyesyesyesyes. This has been my alarm clock for a few years now and I absolutely hate it more than any other sound in the world.

Me too.  I think the FCC should outlaw that sound effect in movies.

IT'S MY TRILOGY, AND I WANT IT NOW!

"Yeah, well, George says a lot of things..." a young 1997 xhonzi on RASSM

"They're my movies." -George Lucas. 19 people won oscars for their work on Star Wars (1977) and George Lucas wasn't one of them.

Yes, that and needles. Yes, the adrenaline shot in Pulp Fiction makes me uncomfortable.

I always wonder what would happen if the needle breaks inside someone's body - it's these what ifs that get me.
Thanks. That makes me feel so much better.

I can't even watch characters get shots. Its just the visualization though, I can give blood/plasma without a problem, as long as I don't SEE it. And I don't feint or anything, it just makes me uncomfortable.

One thing I cannot stand is puke. It's worse in real life, but I can't watch someone puking in a movie without feeling sick myself. Even cartoon puke has that effect on me. I guess that doesn't really count as a phobia though.
