The only ones that look remotely interesting are Transcendance and Godzilla, which isn't saying very much.
Hollywood continues to fail to impress me.
Another year and another new batch of Scifi! Here's what we have to look forward to so far:
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes
So what are you looking forward to this year?

Interstellar will easily be the best of the bunch. Other than that, Transcendence, Godzilla, and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes could all end up pretty good. Everything else will likely suck.
I think Divergent, Robocop (why?!), and Jupiter Ascending will be the worst.
I'll wait for more to come out on Welcome to Yesterday before I judge anything.
Looking forward for Godzilla and he new Apes film.
I’m just here because I’m driving tonight.
So basically sequels, reboots, and sequels of reboots? Why so little original new ideas?
^Actually 5/9 are original. And another is an adaptation.
I'm actually quite interested in Edge of Tomorrow. A mix of Starship Troopers(the novel) and Groundhog Day? Yes please.
Also just added the trailer for The Machine.
Godzilla .... that is all.
:)
Ah wonderful day to wake up to and see the dawn of today. Wait, there's something weird happening outside... *turns on the news to confirm* OMG the planet is invaded by intelligent Apes!!!!
Tobar said:Dawn of the Planet of the Apes
Phew! I'm back in 2013! Don't have to deal with the Ape planet of 2014 anymore!
Tobar said:Welcome to Yesterday
Wait!!!! You just took me to yesterday!!! Now you brought me back to the APE 2014 invasion!!!! NO!
Tobar said:Edge of Tomorrow
Wait a second what? What ascending? What you want me to ascend Jupiter? How?
Tobar said:Jupiter Ascending
Yeah, yeah I know it's some supreme task... Just tell me how you expect me to ascend Jupiter from Earth. An Earth now invaded with intelligent Apes.
Tobar said:Transcendence
Uh huh, uh huh, following you here. So you got some machine thingy? Tell me more.
Tobar said:The Machine
Alright now we're getting someplace you got some interplanetary vehicle to take me away from this Ape planet!
Tobar said:Interstellar
Wait what? What divergence??? You trying to divide me up like some clone or something? What!? We were just going to go on the space ride!!!!!!
Tobar said:Divergent
Oh so you're going to put the duplicate parts of me into some robot here on Earth! Oh! But wait the Apes are invading! Why are robot police combined with humans necessary!?
Tobar said:Robocop
Oh, well that makes sense. So we're like soldiers recruited to fight Godzilla? Screw that I'll be on Godzilla's side and destroy the invading Apes!!!!! Robotwist and Godzilla vs. The Planet of the Apes and Robocops!!!

Yeah, but you gave the same rating to Wizard of Oz and Wes Craven's New Nightmare.
:p

Ever-shortening titles, apparently.

Yeah, but Wizard of Oz is good because it's so bad, while New Nightmare is good because it is good.
Interstellar I'm very much interested in (I highly doubt they'll deliver that scientifically accurate movie as I've read they've intended to try, but still), Transcendence I'm curious about (hopefully Depp won't be playing Jack Sparrow AGAIN). It's difficult to tell whether, say, The Machine will be any good, but just in case I won't be expecting much.

And I bet that one will end up being the most bland movie on the list. Yes, even more so than that Divergence thing.
Godzilla will probably end up being a complete disaster. I'm not excited for it at all at this point.

meh
VIZ TOP TIPS! - PARENTS. Impress your children by showing them a floppy disk and telling them it’s a 3D model of a save icon.
Im dreading the Robocop remake, i felt like crying after i watched the trailer, what a pointless remake. For me the original is one of the all time greatest movies ever made.
Maybe if Divergent actually dealt with something actually interesting -- such as a time traveller unwittingly creating a series of parallel universes through his/her attempts to alter history -- I'd be interested. But it doesn't, so I'm not.
And now I'm wishing for a movie that deals with that very subject; there just aren't enough time travel movies out there which take the many-worlds theory of quantum physics into account.
If i have anything to add to my own custom covers from last year it would be a bonus
Still W.I.P.
Interstellar is my most anticipated.

Makes a nice curve, doesn't it?
I'm actually excited for Dawn Of The Apes. Rise really surprised me and I've been looking forward to a sequel since. That's almost a non-existent occurrence in my life.
I'll also see Godzilla. I have some hopes for that one.
I've never come into a year anticipating 2 films, so it's really quite exciting for me!
Of all the non popcorn films the only one i am remotely interested in is interstellar.
Otherwise i will be seeing stuff not on this list. You know like X-men days of future's past. Amazing Spider-man 2, the hobbit there and back again.
“Always loved Vader’s wordless self sacrifice. Another shitty, clueless, revision like Greedo and young Anakin’s ghost. What a fucking shame.” -Simon Pegg.
New trailer for Earth to Echo has been released.
Also added trailers for:
Unless they seriously screw things up between the draft I read online and the final script, Interstellar is going to be great.
Really looking forward to Guardians of the Galaxy, because it looks like fun in the way Star Wars used to be. Also, pissed off raccoon with big guns...
Where were you in '77?
Yeah, I feel like now's a good time to reiterate that Interstellar will be light years ahead of all these other ones.
I'm not looking forward to the Giver.
I haven't read Son, but is some of the stuff in that trailer from that book? Because some dialogue I explicitly remember the Giver saying in the book.
That being said, Jeff Bridges' casting is genius.
