toot filter, link dead? anyone able to help?

I'm looking for the toot filter but the links for it on doom9 are dead.

anyone got it they could mail to me please? or provide a new working link?

I think this might be useful to help eliminate the grain from GOUT release.

thanks moth3r. its working not too bad actually. I might be able to exorcise certain SE shots I couldn't adequately fix before.

Heh, heh: that brings back memories. I'd forgotten putting together that kit. I'm also sure I didn't put it on Geocities -- clearly, stuff like this takes on a life of its own! Hope TooT helps...
