There's no way to remove it without damaging the image.
If it's alpha-blended (semi-transparent) - I can't tell from that image - it is possible to get rid of most of the logo without hurting the image too much. E.g. http://originaltrilogy.com/forum/topic.cfm/Rad-Helltrack-Edition-Now-Available/post/425964/#TopicPost425964
If it's solid, then your options are limited to inpainting or blurring, which do more damage to the image but may be acceptable. E.g. http://originaltrilogy.com/forum/topic.cfm/Counter-logo-removal-on-MPEG2-file/topic/12722/

the best option would be a second source. i've seen some impressive stuff. they used a method similar to remove the hard subs from those wowow releases.
you might wanna take a look for that.
Well I should have the DVD to but it probably is not that great looking.
I would love to work this up as a bonus disc to my Ninja Trilogy Blu-ray.
