Has anybody got a photo of Vader from behind with his arms folded behind his back. Like he does on the executor bridge. Reasonably hi-res.

On set photo perhaps?

Thanks all

No, but maybe you could ask this guy to take one:

But will it be available in the original Klingon?

I've thought the Backstroke of the West dub sounds a bit like the Bard...

Hmmm not convinced. Shakespeare is about the poetic flow of his text, the wordplay, the poetry... it isn't just inserting "Thee" and adding "est" to the end of a few random words.

Alow me time dear sirs, to read from the great Bard's oft quoted Tragedie 'Taxi Driver'...

"Art thou conversing withst mine person?
Verily, I pray you answer!
To whomst art thou addressing?
For truth I am alone before thee,
So I conclude thus, that indeed,
Thou must assuredly be espying mine countenance."

Wow that was easy, can I have a book deal please?

The video clip is funny though... more laughing at it than with, but still a giggle.

Wow, I take it all back. That link you posted ^ shows the actual text plus lovely illustrations. The video clip doesn't do it justice. The guy has got old Bill down perfectly.

Worth buying for "Exeunt Stormtroopers" alone lol

Ryan, check out the link I posted in the 'Last Movie Seen' thread of the Grindhouse trailer. It's brilliant.

Probably been posted before, but this fanmade Anime is just about the best original thing to happen to Star Wars in about two decades...

Lol. Ahem. Go to the Off Topic part of the forum, and you'll see a thread called 'Last movie seen' the last post (from me) has a link to a Jaws/Star Wars Grindhouse style trailer. Watch it and see what you think? It's brilliant!

Fantastic trailer, the voice is very well done too. Captures the GH spirit perfectly. Then again hard to make a bad trailer when it's cut to Rodriguez's 'Planet Terror Theme'. One of myall time favourite pieces of music. You kind of want to hate a man with that much talent but you just can't lol

He does a great line in food-porn too...

Impressive! Reminds me of Space Battleship Yamato aka Star Blazers, which may have influenced Star Wars. Lucas visited Japan around the time the series aired.

Anybody noticed this interesting bit of design detail from the Theed Palace hanger bay before?

That's some weird plumbing...

Speaking of the Theed hangar, I still can't figure out how the pilots get to the upper rows of fighters, let alone how the R2 units get up or down from there! There don't seem to be any elevators or catwalks...

So many things logicaly wrong with the Naboo Starfighter and the hanger. Like it is physicaly impossible for them to land back into those gaps down the side, but of course it is also impossible for them to land full stop.

But the design is so godamn beautiful that I don't care. Call me crazy but I'd have one of those over an X-Wing anyday. High-five if you built this kit back in the day...

It's like a beautiful vintage American car...
