I purchased one recently from eBay for $17.25, but I haven't had the time to test it yet.

The only thing I have that might be similar is a SIMA Color Corrector Pro-Series unit and I have yet to figure out how to properly insert and use it in the chain for video capture. It may not even be worth the effort if it's not a solid machine.
I know it works as I've tested it briefly but other than that, I'm still learning.
