I Want To Download a 5.1 Upconversion Program. Any Recommendations?

I've already did an internet search, and even tried something, but it turned out to be a mere plugin. I'm looking for a full-fledged program that can upconvert Stereo audio files to emulate 5.1 Audio Tracks. Any recommendations?

The franchises I get nerdy about are so obscure that not even most nerds know about them.
