Crop it, screw around with the colour and contrast and smother with blue.
Keep pulling it off and eventually some people will remember ESB as not being that good after all.

Not to get off on another tangent, but more and more I think there are three reasons why Lucas has gone wild trying to "dumb down" the OT and why the PT came out the way it did...

He built up a family in the intervening years between the trilogies and in raising them, he probably got himself into the habit of talking down to them, having to simplify everything and make everything they encounter glaringly obvious instead of challenging them to put some thought into things. This attitude carried over to the films starting with the SE's in 97 and only got more extreme as the PT came together and he futzed with the OT more for the DVDs.
Hence, we get all this justification for "wanting" to zoom in the cockpit shots to make them look more cramped, "wanting" to show the Wampa, "wanting" to show Vader's shuttle bringing him back to the Executor, "wanting" Greedo to shoot first, and so on. He doesn't really "want" to make these changes, but somewhere in his head he thinks he "needs" to change things to make the films easier for kids to understand. "I always wanted it that way" is an excuse that nobody can argue with him about, so that's what he goes with when someone challenges him because he's afraid to admit the truth in public.

Check the entire forum. Stuff gets revisited all the time. That's why there are sections called Other Preservations and Fan Projects. and Other Fan Edits.

In all fairness, Star wars is the only one thats been fncked with & desperatly needs the fixes that Ady & others have done to them, as the man in charge of them has clearly gone loopy in his old age.

After i have finished the Star Wars Revisited saga i will be retiring from any sort of fan edit. Plus there aren't any films that i am as passionate about as Star Wars so i think i would probably lose interest pretty quick
With all the work that is going into the Revisited saga i was thinking that maybe the Fox opening also needed a revamp. The original one looks a bit tired and old, so i decided to create a new version. So this is the new versions that will appear in all versions of Revisited from now on

Looks very good, Ady. Quite similar to the new Fox logo used in their newer films since around late 2009, but I'm sure that was probably your intention =P
The only thing that really bothers me is how static the background is. We can see the clouds moving in the current official version, but in your new version they don't really seem to move at all. Would it be possible to add some movement?
EDIT: Actually, now that I've watched it a few more times, it doesn't seem quite so static after all. Still a bit slower than what we had before, but I guess it's up to you whether you want to change that or not.

Been gone from these forums a while! I'm subbed to Adywanuk on Youtube and Ady's friend on FB so I've been keeping up. Just saw the latest video posted to Youtube. I was so pleased to see the fixed the window behind Han in the trap dinner scene I had to come over and express my happiness! You did mention that the circular windows behind Vader in that scene were incomplete. What are you thinking of doing with them, Adywan? I admit the view out the window is pretty plain compared to some of the sweeping vistas we see out the windows in Cloud City, so I'm interested!
