First off, it is good to hear that you are still interested in these edits, especially with everything that has been going on in your life as of late. I really appreciate that you are even working on ESB:R, I would have given up on the project already.

Further to my earlier post about associating fund raising targets with specific goals, it might be handy if we had a general ball park figure to aim to.
If we had a rough idea how much money is needed to finish this project I imagine it would push some people along much more than incentives like offering props as prizes (not that the prizes are a bad idea in of themselves).
You could use a graphic display for how close you are to getting the necessary funds.
For example if this were ANH:R you could have had the tractor beam power gauge or the targeting computer from the trench run.
I'm not sure how that would translate into an ESB:Rometer (maybe it could be the AT-AT's getting closer to the Rebel generator).

I'm compiling a list of things i need, the quantities and checking all the prices so i will have a close enough total. It's going to take a while though because i want to find everything for the cheapest possible price
Why don't you total at cost and then transfer any savings from shopping around to ROTJ:R (I think it's safe to say that people willing you to the end of this road will follow you down the next one)?

If you were given a blank cheque and unlimited resources to COMPLETELY rewrite, reshoot and remake the Prequels and ROTJ, what would you make? Would you go beyond ROTJ? What story would you tell?

It looks like a kitbash of the Bomber. Which is what it is. I like the Lambda shuttle, so does Ady.

That model is really nice. Maybe it could be used as the Tydirium, instead of the immediate recycle of the Lambda Shuttle.

The main problem is that the cockpit on the physical prop wouldn't even remotely match up with that model.
It would be much better to replace it with the Imperial Transporter from ANH:SE as the cockpits would match more easily and it is as described, a transport ship.
If you have an established shuttle it's best to use it as a shuttle and use the transport ship as a transport ship.
I know in the real world there is a bit of a crossover (Concorde was designed to double as a supersonic bomber) but a bomber with it's wings on the wrong way is still a bomber.

Similarly this vessel was designed as an interstellar transport for use in SW (with normal bent in panels), then re-used as a bomber in the sequel

An update from Adywan on the contest to win props and models from ESB:R filming (taken from the failbook page):
If the total number of donations for the prize draw reaches 20 by the end of next week I will release a brand new clip from ESB:R that has not been seen before. So far the total is not even in double figures :(

Thanks guys. Just hit double figures so we are half way there for the new clip. I've still got about £5 - 6000 to raise to cover all the materials needed. I'm in the process of working out a detailed estimation but so far it's looking to be around that figure.
