Just when I think I've heard it all the heartless disregard of this person jumps up to astonish me.

I can only assume the creature to have some sort of personality malfunction to even suggest such a thing.

If a break away from everything is not possible I would recommend a marshaling of your strength towards those things you deem most important.

If that means we have to wait longer to enjoy the end results of your work on this project that is a tiny price to pay for the your well being and that of your family.

The internet is a stomping ground for all manner of people.

Remember, that for every venomous snake there exists a greater number of friendlier faces who wish you nothing but the best.

I was at my local car parts shop this morning waiting for them to open when here's comes this older man with two hyper-active dogs, mutts of some sort, the kind that aren't very intelligent,....anyway he proceeds to let them relieve themselves right at the entrance to this shop. This guy had no class, no common decency...gone are the days when out in public we were courteous and cordial to each other.

Sounds like this guy that emailed you is as much of a jerk as the low life dog owner I saw this morning. Don't let the idiot steal your joy. Plenty of others here who understand your current life situation completely and wish you all the best.

Ady, you should never feel pressured by anyone about the edits. If you need, you can take a break for as long as you want. Ganamae, Rogue Leader, and I can handle the questions and demands of release dates.

Some people need to GET A LIFE!

The Star Wars Trilogy: Revisited is a "gift" and what we've seen so far is more than I could have ever hoped for.

I'll enjoy whatever Ady is able to do. He's dedicated to finishing this and that's good enough for me.

Hey Ady, I can comfortably wait for dec. 2012 or longer if needed be. As others have pointed out, this is an amazing gift you're giving us, but anyone with a grain of salt as a brain knows there are priorities, and nothing goes over family and health. At least not for me.

Long time lurker, I know, but still curious who had the nerve to send that email... but I know better not to know who the lowlife is.:)

Wow adywan, that e-mail you received recently was ridiculously selfish and insensitive.  If he happens to be a member of this particular forum, then you should consider naming him after all, so that we know to ignore this cretin altogether.

On a lighter note, it was neat to see a few more of your completed tweaks in the 'Facebook' preview clip you recently gave us...and to discover that Rogue Leader and co. seem to be preparing for imminent battle filming...

What an asshole. You shouldn't feel pressured by anyone to finish ESB:R faster than you are able to. It's your edit, and taking your time is what is making it turn out to be such a well-made job.

It amazes me that anyone would even think about suggesting that a fan-edit of a movie, however popular it may be, should ever take precedence over caring for one's family.

Please take all the time you need and try not to let the ungrateful impatient ones get under your skin.

by the way, I don't really have good media player on the comp, so I threw the crawl into DVD Fab to look it over and it played perfectly with none of the anomalies mentioned on the previous pages. Looked perfect to me.

It really amazes me the misplaced sense of entitlement some people have.  On top of Adywan GIVING us these edits after all HIS hard work, this guy has the nerve to demand a release date?  In spite of what's going on with Ady's father?

This person would do well to remember that these are YOUR edits Ady, and the fact that you're willing to keep us updated on their progress and share the end results at all is something he should be grateful for.

Don't let things get you down. 

I know that we are all so happy that you are doing this edit. This is something that you can be proud of and that we can be proud to say that we knew you when you were constructing it.

It will be only a matter of time before some movie studio snaps you up and hires you for an insane amount of money.

Hopefully I'll still be able to get some wallpapers together for everyone so you can have pretty pictures to look at during the delay.

By the way, can anyone who downloaded the 720p version of the new crawl get me a few screenshots? Namely the Star Wars logo when it's as big as it gets, the Episode V when it shows up, and the Empire Strikes Back words when they come up? Im going to try to make a new logo to use
