There have only been fan made trailers on youtube. There hasn't been an official trailer released yet and that probably won't happen until next year

KenKraly2007, you are on a site that's sole purpose is geting the originals on DVD and now on BLuRay, what did you expect around here?
Of course it is not the end of the world if you put it in perspective of problems like war, poverty, etc.
But we all have that in perspective, so it is a big deal in the context of the little things in life we like to enjoy, and Lucas has never given us that.

That's the mentality I don't understand. I will not pay for something I won't watch - I won't watch the SE's, and I won't watch the prequels, so why would I buy this set? And since this is all George is willing to put out now, expecting everyone to be happy with it, why should I be okay with that? Why should I just say, "Oh, well, it'll come out eventually?"
I am not as bothered by it like some of the fans are.

No I am not ok with it but to me it does'nt bother me all that much. And the reason I'm here cause I am a star wars fan.
Then why the fuck are you here stirring the pot? This site is dedicated to those that want this to happen, not for those that will "just settle" and buy more of George's crap. And by the way, you might want to be sure you remain on topic. This thread is about NOT wanting the Blu-ray set.

If it is released at all. Lucas could have made the GOUT the last time the OOT would be released, then we'd be up shit creek.
The problem is the website has failed: what we have got since the site was launched seven years ago is the GOUT. And any other sites sharing our plight, they have become defunct (like project x0), or they backfired in our faces (like the People v. George Lucas).
To me the maltreatment of the OOT is a big fat deal.

I told my family why I didn't want it & nobody ever got it for me (in fact, that's when I went out & bought a laserdisc player). I didn't own Star Wars on DVD until the GOUT. And my family already knows I have zero interest in the blurays until the original films get restored.
