You are making you ever so hard to not want to do an ANH edit next. The amount of style you've been putting into all of your mock-ups really just baffles me.

I am in the exact same mindset.
I am so influenced by his work, that I have worked hard to replicate it. What that accomplished is my skills are better, and I am getting a cooler look, but I can never do what Angel is doing. He just outdoes himself every time he posts a mockup.

Out of the Falcon interior mockups the only one I'm worried about is untrained Luke with a lightsaber practicing so close to vital equipment and Han and Ben (presumably). Other than that I'd love to see someone try this in motion.
I'd also love to see someone address the problem of the clean helmet brigade and the 'fake' Wedge in the briefing :
Perhaps someone could put him into the battle as another pilot who gets killed quickly so that there is only one Wedge.
Since we never get his name in the briefing,Bingo, then no worries that anyone can assume he is Wedge.. Many random pilots died. Ady prove that in his enhanced DS battle.
As for the Lightsaber that can hit random things, well never thought about it. We can have cutting some stuff and have han off screen shouts (hey watch it)

I understand what you mean but it's another instance (along with the shiny helmet brigade) of people we see on the ground never being seen in the air, at least the anonymous other pilots don't get much screen time but it would make sense to blow this fella up on screen to blow away the confusion he sometimes creates.

Other news. Im R2's landing next to the panels so a random rebel connects it to the monitor makes no sense. We cut to R2 being there already. (can someone explain why they had to move him like that?)

I really dig the changes and mock-ups. Luke and Obi Wan overlooking Mos Eisley looks like it was shot in 2010.
The new C3Po desert pics also look fantastic, especially the pic of him walking away with the new backdrop.
The only thing I would suggest with the Luke training image is to maybe somehow make him more the main focus of the shot. But the new background there is also very cool.
Angel sorry if I missed it but have you ever done anything regarding the scenes with this background?
The BG was temp. Only testing if and how it fits. ;)
Havent touch these shots yet DF. The only i can recall was the gift for Bingo i ve made with the redless panels.
I might get to 3d again for these shots :)

Ah okay......cool. Yeah even just getting rid of some that excessive red in the panels goes a long way to help give the scene a fresh feel.
They really went to town and painted it red with that room :
LoL...yeah I agree. It's like one the DS decorators just had a thing for huge red panels and stripes.
Again.........the revised version there is way better (at least imo) with just a simple desaturation. And something like that I'm guessing would be easier to do in an edit than changing the backgrounds since that room appears in many scenes from different angles.
