Hey, speaking of Ganamae, I was thinking about that workprint of ESB:R you got. I can't imagine how many changes have been done since then! :o Have you seen any developments in all this time based on comments you may have made to him after watching it?

If all those lovely little Ewoks can be edited to carry a knife between their teeth they would look more menacing (like originally intended by using Wookies) and would make less noises. A little bit more blood would be cool, too. Not to mention the time spared by doing so.

Ewoks as yet do not appear in ESB Obi-Wan.
An interesting notion though but perhaps one for the ESB/ROTJ Wishlist Thread (it could do with a little nudge now and then).

He's mentioned that he does pull sounds from there wherever possible, mostly for FX, not so much for dialogue, I imagine.

How does he extract the sounds for use in his edit? I've tried a couple of programs and the sound files don't show up in them. Or does he simple record with a program like Audacity?

That is actually very helpful. It is a damn shame they added so much reverb. I could see these working in an edit.

Ady will you consider adding some more motion to the snow when the first AT AT falls. it appears that the stop motion technique makes it look like mud/plasticine and not snow.
