makes him look older, and is that a mole on his head?
How about this, im not sure..
If we relocate Piet's position to be in the correct location/spot based on ESB topology, then he should have a backdrop like this right?

How did their asses end up having blue?
"The other versions will disappear. Even the 35 million tapes of Star Wars out there won’t last more than 30 or 40 years. A hundred years from now, the only version of the movie that anyone will remember will be the DVD version [of the Special Edition], and you’ll be able to project it on a 20’ by 40’ screen with perfect quality. I think it’s the director’s prerogative, not the studio’s to go back and reinvent a movie." - George Lucas

The Executor should crash at an angle... straight down like it currently is rather unlikely. Also a series of explosions should rip throughout the hull as the ship hits and should detonate as it sinks in. As it stands in ROTJ it looks like the Executor is popping a fire filled balloon. *poof*
Chopping away at a SSD would take FOREVER so having it go out of control is convenient for the movie. =D If there is ever an X-wing Rogue Squadron "The Bacta War" movie. Then there could a sequence when Rogue Squadron chops away at the Lusankya (another SSD in the EU) but even than after hundreds of proton torpedoes... It wasn't enough to destroy the ship, just turn a lot of it to slag.
Anyway, whatever Ady's team of magicians does with the Battle of Endor I just know it's gonna be epic. As the last of the SW movies it still stands up today as the greatest space battle of all time (Other than Ady's ANH:Revisited Battle of Yavin lol!).
The impossible is what Rogues do best...
Agreed, one of the things I'm most looking forward to in ROTJ:R is the Executor crash; whether he adds Piett's Heel Face Turn (discussed earlier in this thread) or changes the plot surrounding the crash or keeps the plot intact and just alters the effect, it's going to be EPIC.
No pressure, Adywan.

Yeah a SSD wouldn't destroy the death star - what I meant was that Lando and co. partically destroy the core, but it is still JUST literally hanging in there. Having the star destroyer crash into the uncompleted side of the death star at full ramming speed is enough to finish the job off.
Well, if more explosions then yes :D
Daddy Michael will be proud for his son :D

I'd like to think I have more imagination than ANYthing Michael Bay would produce.... but thanks for the comment....
What? Michael rocks!
I will say it even im the last person in this world!
Back to wishlists..

Evidence for what?
The only thing i know about the Executors demise in ROTJ:R so far is that it will not be crashing into the Death Star the way it does at the moment.
Nothing important :D CSI stuff

Rather than ILM we can call them ATM: "Ady's Team of Magicians"... Although it also stands for Automatic Teller Machine... Maybe ATW? Ady's Team of Wizards? =D

Speculating about what you are going to do is part of the fun of anticipating your future projects (it almost like we have new Star Wars films on the horizon again...remember having to wait three years to find out what Vader would do after the Death Star blew up or how Han would be rescued?).
I think what Angel is just saying here is he is gathering clues.
You are doing all the hard work so perhaps you don't understand the excitement you are generating on the other side of the process so even if you are pretty sure what you are going to do please keep playing your cards to your chest.
Some of the suggestions on this thread are purely prompted in reaction to the Revisited series and I have no doubt that not all of them will be to your taste and you will have some ideas of your own that no one has come up with.
Regardless of if these ideas are suggested to get your attention or not they are all possibly useful for other editors so it's not just fun it's firing up creativity and imagination and hopefully inspiring more people to do major projects which is why I alway love reading and what people have to say on here.

looks good, now you just need to give him the proper rank as Admiral on his chest rank bars. These were wrong in ROTJ.

on ur comment of the rogue squadron movie, the first EU movie that will be made, (maybe), is the republic commando and imperial commando series. those are the best EU novels i've ever read.

those things look like something i'd use to climb a play structure
Maybe giving the sparse briefing room something lush and pretty may be interesting, there is a long history of luxury liners being converted into warships e.g RMS Queen Mary :

The third stormie had his cylindrical thing turned up!
What did I win?
edit: you should remake the next stormie's "ass piece" as well ;)
It's the first stormy that's defective.
It's Shatner's cup. lol
It does make it look like the one stormie is wearing some strange looking shorts. I wonder why they had just the one stormtrooper have a different attachment to his belt?
it was loose?

Ummm they have that, it's called the "Clone Wars" Cartoon series... and the action is the only decent thing about that series. Everything else is a retconning nightmare. =P I do love the Republic Commando game though. It's excellent and the music in it rocks. Who wouldn't love ancient Mandalorian War chants. XD

Pretty cool as far as the de-bluing and backdrop go, but again, I advise exercising restraint when it comes to edge enhancement, and to a degree the color desaturation. Piette's fleshtone looks more than a little sickly here, and the edge enhancement kind of expounds it. He kind of looks like he's a dying old man.
