1 of the things that bothered me,and I am sure it is pretty trivial compared to some of the other suggestions here,but my little boy and I just finished watching all 6 movies LOL and the thing that always got me from ESB is this(on top of some of the other examples already mentioned),when Luke just escapes from his Speeder and the Imperial Walker steps on it,it sure does NOT do much damage,in my opinion that Walker should just totally crush that Speeder,but it only crushes the canopy,not very realistic to me.

The Walker should out weigh that Speeder big time.

I definitely don't agree with the speeder being crushed by the walker. Slightly more crushed, maybe, but that's it. The foot hits the speeder at a relatively low speed and the walker is not leaning on it. It just sort of puts its foot down like we might step on an ant, which we do not put all our weight into doing either. The canopy is crushed and I think that's about all that would happen in that case. The speeder is pretty flat as it is and is presumably fairly strong.

Just think for a minute about the way an extremely stiff, four-legged machine would have to shift to truly gets all its weight into it. The vast majority of the weight is still on the other three legs.

Yes, he's going to work on that. This is from Ady's 'to do' list in the first post: "17. Fixing bad composite of Luke leaping as his Snowspeeder is crushed."

Now, how he'd do that, I don't know. Just remove outlines? It's not as simple as that, I'm sure!

Ady, the echo base "two fighters against a star destroyer?" line has been brought up a couple of times, but I'm pretty sure we never heard your thoughts on it. Probably the discussion just got buried in the avalanche of posts and suggestions...

Anyway, it'd be really great if you'd consider redubbing this line. The delivery is just excruciatingly painful. Does that sound like something you'd be likely to do?

have a look at the first shot of han you posted. Look at the emblem on his coat and you will see that its a flipped shot, so flipping that first shot and the taun taun and the sabers are all in the correct direction 

"Ahhhh," says the blind man... I didn't realize you were flipping both shots.  I never realized the first shot of Han was flipped to begin with.  Thanks ady.

This could be a neat idea... I wonder if it would be possible to paste a static image of Leia's body over her existing body so as to avoid having her point, but still mouthing the words "star destroyer."  Or maybe use the close up of her saying "Luke" when sensing he's in danger, and tweak her mouth to say "star destroyer."  Of course, in this case, the background would need to be replaced so it looks as though she's standing rather than sitting in the pilot's seat.

However, seeing as though ady doesn't plan on touching this, this whole conversation is academic.  Too bad, though... as you stated, a tweak such as this would be nice to follow up on in ROTJ.

No really. The prop thing has been the easy way for everything. Dont get me wrong but ,yes is too much job.

All started with the shield generator. Ady adds more headaches to his head :)

The props can give you the temptation of many many many re shoots that feel poor.

Yeah, but everyone does that. Personally, I like the crawl because it's different. :)

What I mean is, have the synopsis text done in the crawl-text look/style.

Well, it's also the arc of the lightsabre.. does it go "through" the outer armor plate above Luke when he swings it?  Even if the extra FX work is simply on the door itself (to make it a hole he's cut as opposed to a door that just opens for him) that would work, but one has to look at the path of the sabre as Luke swings it to see if the FX goes through solid objects without any interaction, regardless of what that interaction would be.

in regards to the AT-AT foot crushing the snow speeder:
have you seen what happens to cars and even 18-wheelers in high speed accidents?  The snow speeder is not going to weigh very much being that it is a flying machine (anti-grav or not) and the foot on an AT-AT has to weigh a few tons alone.  Combine the two and just the initial foot stomp is going to crush it like a tin foil model (with bits and ends up-ending from the foot crushing down into it), which would crush the snow speeder even MORE when the weight of the AT-AT shifted onto that foot when the others start to move.
