that's how it should've ended. luke and vader teaming up in a final duel against the emperor. i'd pay anyone fifty bucks, seriously, if they could reinact that.

only conditions:

it has to be acceptable to the film

no corny acting

no bad camera movements, heck no bad camera effects

i don't want to see it in a backyard set up/no cardboard crap

finally, it needs to end well. again no corny acting

Lets....Do IT!

Jk, but IMO, I like the original better, more dramatic!

The person your searching for simply does not exist

i kinda liked how in the infinities rotj leia is there too. it makes her being force sensitive a bit more of an item. although how she got to the throne room was a bit unbelievable.

In my opinion I think this was one idea they were right to change.

While throwing an old man down a lift shaft doesn't make up for a life largely devoted to evil, it is Vader's one redeeming act.

He steps in and saves his son when he could have hung on to a bit more life.

In the theatrical version Luke also does the right thing. By throwing away his weapon he rejects the path his father travelled down even if that means death.

Vader and Luke teaming up against Palpatine sounds more like the John Milius version (actually a John Milius style spoof cut would be a gas to watch). It's also rather like the PT duels of two good guys against one bad guy (or three when Mace tries to arrest Palpatine in ROTS).

When Luke throws away his weapon he wins, when Vader throws Palpatine down the shaft he stops losing.

If they both team up against the Emperor it just becomes a Force enhanced pissing contest.

You might as well have Vader retreive Luke's sabre and stab Palpatine in the back with it and declare himself Emperor.

People who objected to my suggestion of restoring the original title should be against a change of this sort (if it is possible to do).

I want a detailed definition of the word "corny" or "cheesy". What's to one person may not be to another. I find things corny in a lot of movies that I love and wouldn't change a word.

cheesy and corny are things like "wow thats a big blue forest!"

To me, it's clichéd lines, like "that's gonna leave a mark" or "he's gonna feel that in the morning." I find that (and Ben Burtt's "warbling"/wah wah obsession) one of the most offensive/annoying things about modern films. I watched a few minutes of Independance Day and heard so much of those forced catchphrase moments that I turned it off. My mother keeps telling me it's a good movie, but I dunno...

Some corn is good, though. A movie like Kung Pow, one of my all-time favorites, is full of it and in that case, I love it.

Did you lower the brightness to the sail barge scenes?

If yes then its good because the sky have more definition and the saber is more visible.

Did you re-color balance the area of the saber to remove the yellow leaving just the blue?

I can think a few.

1.Change hue saturation and then mask the saber to get the blue.

2.Play with the color channels.(thats why all the scene has a weird blue something)

3.Use LS maker (lol?)

4.Nothing from above.

Hue saturation, that's the word I was looking for!
