That'd be pretty sweet if it were painted. (Not a fan of Photoshopped face-collages like the official DVD covers)
Great job TO Adywan!
Could anyone point me where to get these versions. I was looking to do something similar and this would save a ton of time!

How about taking it into photoshop and applying a factor 5 of the filter 'poster edges'.

That never looks right, it always feels "processed." I've NEVER seen a form of digital manipulation that has the same characteristics as a hand-painted work.
I download TESB 1080 copy. How do I play it. I dont have any blue ray players on computer or anything can I play it without blue ray?

Yes you can, your computer must be fast enough to play HD content though. Have a look through some of the previous posts in this thread, it'll give you all the info you need. I converted them to mkv files and play them through Media Player Classic Home Cinema cos I haven't got any Blu-ray hardware either.

VLC Player will play it. You need to mount the image first (if you have XP you'll have to download udf 2.5 drivers) Go into the stream folder and the m2ts file can be played by VLC.
Would someone please PM me with where I can find this set, or what I need to do to get one. Happy to PIF.
Thanks,
Chris

Hey Ripplin:
you know, that's something I am having some issues with. Now I am using NERO 7 (which could be the problem), which is auto-converting all HD2DVD downloads I get to a standard (and unchangeable) 720x480. What program do I need to get so I can burn MKV files or converted MKV files so I can get the entire 1280x720 or 1980x1080 resolution on said DVD-5 or DVD-9 (or any high resolution file for that matter)?
Also, this goes out to Ady:
what program(s) do you use to convert material from PAL to NTSC or vice versa? I was using ISO Buster, but that seemed to have busted on me: when I convert all video files from PAL to NTSC except the main VOB file, it still registers as PAL. When I convert the main VOB file, the entire video file becomes unreadable, even if I switch it back!
As far as where to find these:
all we need is a Paradox or OneClick pointer (just the name of the site, not any specific links). Once we know where to go (in general), we can find it from there.

Handbrake can convert the m2ts file in "STREAM" into a 1080p mkv. You may loose a little quality tho because it reencodes it.
Yeah, I don't really know about such things... Sorry. I got my ANH and ESB from Wideload, so maybe he could answer some specifics.

Sadly my technical knowledge is not that great. I've merely been helping some folks out who are unable to access Usenet or torrents.
I'm still trying to self-teach video encoding and editing for my own projects. What I can tell you is that Ady's encodes play on any region PS3. Mine is UK and I've replaced the PS3's internal HDD with a 500GB drive and have physically copied the movie files (and many others) direct to the PS3 HDD....more because I'm lazy than for any other reason : )
500GB? Very nice. It's cool that people are able to do that with the current systems.
I keep thinking of the possibilities of Blu-Ray discs, and one I just thought of is that once Ady is done with the trilogy (or saga?), the three movies could be put on one BR disc. Maybe just add a simple menu and maybe a couple of goodies.
Yet another request as to where i can find all of these? Preferably usenet, although i have scoured 200 days back and can't get them.
Any hints guys?

Indeed....!!
Just an observation - the first post in this thread seems to be giving people the impression that the "full set" is available. Might be worth making it clear what has been done and what hasn't.

Could I also ask for a pm for details of obtaining the classic trilogy? Usenet only seems to have Ep V available atm.
Thanks!
