I think the best idea would be to try to run through them yourself. I have used Project64 before with roms. seems to work great. cant comment too extensively, because I dont game much. I like Camtasia as a screen recorder, although I havent ever tried the one you posted moth3r

Can you record stuff from your desktop (like Yoda Stories) with Camtasia?

what recorder were you using? and were you trying to use the keyboard (I find this terribly awkward), or a controller. you can get either adapters for your n64 controller to USB or one that is USB already

Great! :D I was a bit let down to think that there was no way to preserve Yoda Stories. Well, another game for me to do.

I was using Project 64 to run the game and Screen Recorder Gold to capture it

figured it was about time I chimed in here. The 'Battlefront - Journal of the 501st', 'Episode III - The Video Game Movie' and 'Star Wars Interactive Board Game DVD' were all mine, but I'm not surprised that the torrents are dead. I might pop them up on Demonoid but my seeding capabilities arn't the best.

Thank you very much for these releases. You did such a great work!
As I said before, I downloaded Battlefront, about 95% of Interactive Board and nothing from Episode III Video Game Movie. If there is nobody that can help, I might upload Battlefront next month at Demonoid. My seeding capabilities aren't good, but I can keep sharing until there are a few seeders.

I'm sorry but I offered to upload the DVD next month because this month I am using a Premium Rapidshare account and there are still other DVDs to get, so I am only getting those files and not torrenting now.

we have a breakthrough.......having hunted for ages for the correct leads to connect my N64 to the TV with no avail, I was having a hunt through my box of leads n miscellania when I realised the connecter for the gamecube was the same shape as the N64. Whack it in, plug into the back of the TV and hey presto! N64 Shadows Of The Empire Great Goodness!!

Of course, every silver lining has a cloud. I've not had much time to spend on it but the little time I have had has been interrupted by the unit resetting itself after 5 minutes or so gameplay. I'm hoping the unit just needs a clean and am about to research opening up an N64.

To be continued..........

That is great news indeed! :)

I have some news on my own also: After organising some other stuff I had to do I have bit more time for my 2 projects. Podracing has some tracks recording and ofcourse the intro. I also have 2 of the levels from the old Dark Forces game lying ready to be edited.

This is simply amazing, I had no idea people actually do this!

A buddy of mine told me the other day that he got this thing called DosBox that plays all kinds of old Dos games on Windows XP. If I could find my old copies of X-Wing and Tie-Fighter and Rebel Alliance 2 (because the first wasn't that good) I would be in heaven.
And then suddenly, I find out that people are making preservations of many of these old games!
Some people dream of rolling around in hundred dollar bills. I'm now gonna dream of rolling around in these things instead! I feel like I've found the gold mine of all gold mines.

RE: Shadows Of The EMpire, I've got all the material I need bar the N64 still cutscenes, I just couldnt find a way to capture them

I'm always at work on a movie of 'The Clone Wars' from the PS2/Gamecube with footage captured by another member of the forum, but work is going fairly slowly due to other commitments. It's going to be in the same vein as my previous releases, cutscenes interspersed with minimal gameplay to provide a complete storyline

I'd love a torrent on demonid on any of the mentioned projects, especially 501st.

I wish I knew how to make these projects myself. I have an idea about making a Shadows of the Empire movie that combines the game cut scences, game play, comics, soundtrack, and audio book. I saw this really great Transformer movie that turned one of the comics into a movie.
