I looked for daveytod's movie made from the game, but all the torrents are dead. Besides, I only need about a five second clip. I was going to use the deleted Dooku line ("don't assume that just because there are two of you..." etc.) in a fan-edit of mine, but I only have the GameCube version, which doesn't register when I put it in my PC's disc drive. As such, I can't just get it myself. Would it be too much to ask for one of you to put up the clip I'm talking about on MegaUpload or something similar? I hate to ask you to do this, but I don't know of any other way to get what I need. Thanks in advance for whatever help I may receive!

P. S.: Dooku's line is the only deleted shot from the game, right? I don't remember any others, and a brief skim through the game didn't turn up anything that stuck out.

Well, due to the lack of replies, I tried to see if any of the PS2/GC/XBOX emulators could run it well enough for me to capture it on screen. Not only were the emulators nowhere near that advanced, but all the good screen capture utilities cost money . Then, I realized I actually had the PS2 version of the game the whole time. I felt like an idiot. However, now I have a new problem. The vast majority (all but a measly 19,550 KB) of the data in the disc is on two .PK2 files. I think it's safe to say that the video files are somewhere in the paks. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to open them. Any ideas on exploring them? I remember having to explore a similar file to get the Lost Scenes from BTM, but it was a totally different animal (I know; I tried the old program ). A quick Google search turned up nothing.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Might be easier to just connect your PS2 into a DVD recorder. This is what daveytod did if I'm not mistaken.

But that would be far too easy . Seriously, though, I don't have a DVD recorder... unless my fancy DVD player/sound system has features I don't know about.

Out of interest, I did a quick Google search, and came up with names for two applications: MFAudio and PSSPlex. Didn't find any guides or readme's though, I guess you'll have to search a bit harder to find out if these apps can actually do what you want.

I have 3 videos extracted from the PAL PS2 game:

- Dooku clip (saber extend + advantage line)
- Grievous bridge/destroyer clip
- Anakin/Palpatine vid link (different angle than movie)

They're all in 640x272, 25fps, 16bit PCM. Will these suit your needs?
