Hey all, was wondering, does anyone else notice the video/audio glitch(yes very minor) when howard is flying out of the building on his chair?

Also was wondering, if I had a vhs to dvd conversion, how hard would it be to spice in the missing footage into the hd2dvd version? As well as splicing the glitched part.

Any advice would be great, thanks.

Download is almost done since Myspleen is back. I can't wait to watch this piece of crap! I think the last time I actually saw this movie was on HBO years ago.

DJ, did you actually do those dvd covers? They're good!

My partner Cassidy did them, he does ALL my artwork,and helps with a bunch of other stuff too.

I did get this from spleen and I must say that it was a sweet package DJ! Nice job! However, I am hoping you will release the PAL version sometime in the future?

This may sound weird but for the covers with the star backgrounds, the background is black, correct? Reason I'm asking is it looks black when I load it on Acousta but prints out like a really dark blue. Not my printer though since I just put a new ink cartridge in and test printed another cover (Spence edit's Matrix) and its making black fine.

if you are talking about MY specific covers that Cassidy did for our project,I have printed them ALL and they print up exactly how they look,NO problems here.

The ones in folder Custom DVD Sleeves (from R1DB.com) are Blue-ish background.They are labeled 2296Howard_The_Duck_v1.jpg and 2296Howard_The_Duck_v2.jpg
The ones in OFFICIAL NTSC Covers & Disc Art and OFFICIAL PAL Covers & Disc Art are Black background.
Both sets have 'stars' on the back.

It should be noted that the official cover is the only one created specifically for the HD2DVD and the others have a bunch of info on them that is wrong - ie: there has never been a Howard with THX specs done to it...for some reason the PIRATES that SELL Dark Jedi's work on eBay use the THX cover. Makes no sense.

I know you didn't mean any harm, don't worry. It just makes more sense to have a blanket ban on all links to auctions/selling sites, whether it's an innocent "heads up" or a sly promotion by the seller.

(The site in question was mentioned on page 15 of this thread, BTW.)

I'd like to find a way to knock every last one of those shysting mofos off the Internet for good. I've had someone's auction of my fan releases (in this case a fansub) on eBay be allowed to run to completion after being reported 6 times, which made me seriously consider buying a rocket launcher and firing both at the seller and at eBay's offices. :/

Hopefully I'll be able to get my hands on the R2 version!

I hope this means that an R1 version will come out at some point!

Looks like we'll be getting this barebones disc in R4 Australia as well, the EzyDVD listing here. Though on that day I'm more looking forward to Super Mario Bros. Will get me searching for supplements again I think.
