Lego Star Wars II - game save files?

My kid loves this game. After racking up some 100 hours of gametime, buying all the characters and getting about half of the gold bricks, he decided to start a new game and save it over the slot containing his previous game.

The game saves are located in
c:\documents and settings\{username}\local settings\application data\Lucasarts\Lego Star Wars II

Are the save files are transferrable between computers?
If so, please could someone send me a file with all the characters unlocked?
You would make a 5 year old very happy...

www.gamefaqs.com used to have some game save files on it, IIRC. Don't know if they still do or not, but might be worth a look.

Yes, already tried there. They have some saves for the PSP version, but none for the PC.

hey Moth3r me and my girlfriend are about 50% done the game... so if you dont mind waiting i could get it to you as soon as we're done it.

Since I started this thread he has been playing at every opportunity, and he's at about 47% complete now.

Last time it took him a long time to save up enough studs to buy the three "ghost" characters (they cost over 1 million studs each), so if you have managed to get these three bought then he'd really like a copy of your save file.
