Help: looking for... SFX000, SFX001, SFX002 & Jason Goes to Hell: Extended

Hi everyone. I know that is considered bad form to request discs in the forum publicly. However, I was supposed to get SFX000 and possibly SFX001 and SFX002 (segaflip’s Friday the 13th discs for those who don’t know) a long time ago from a member here on the forums. That member had some real-life issues to deal with and I never received the discs. I don’t blame him or want to say he’s a bad person or anything - just that I was really looking forward to the discs.

So, would someone be willing to send me these 3 discs? I must warn you that I live in Australia and am currently unable to trade/PIF due to not having any blank DVDs or cash (damn uni life!). It would be especially nice to get these now, as it’s my birthday next Wednesday. If anyone’s willing to share the F13 goodness, please PM me.

Finally, I wanted to ask if any progress was ever made on the “Jason Goes to Hell: Extended” idea. I bought and watched the R1 Unrated Widescreen disc the other day and remembered that it was talked about on here - did it ever come to fruition?

It's even worse form to request non-Star Wars releases in the Star Wars forum!

I sent all my Friday the 13th tapes out to segaflip to put to dvd a LOOOOONG time ago. We got part 4 extended and the Friday TV spots on DVD, but never got JGTH extended. I also had part 5 version 2 and the TV cut of Part 6 as well. Segaflip, any news on the JGTH extended on DVD?

There's LOTs of cool stuff that didn't make the theatrical or director's cut of this movie and thought the quality wasn't great, it was definately worth watching.

I knew Part 4 was finalized as a DVD (that and the TV Spots DVD are the ones I'm requesting). However, I was curious about JGTH and whether it had ended up on DVD yet or not. From what you're saying, I guess not. Perhaps you can shed some light on what's different about "Part 5 Version 2" and the "Part 6 TV Cut"?

Part 5 Version 2 was just edited a little differently. It's said to have deleted scenes but I watched the original and version 2 scene by scene and didn't notice anything different accept a few scenes edited around differently. Perhaps someone with a better eye could catch the differences. It's suppose to be 10 mins longer with extra gore??

Part 6 tv had alternate "clean" dialogue, a different killing of the cop (part of the deleted scene in the boxed set) and a scene where the cops are trying to escape the prison cell.

JGTH has TONS of extra footage not in the theatrical or director's cut!

Thanks for the giving me an idea of the differences, Jabberdoo.

I guess it would be cool to get a hold of Part 5 v2 and also the Part 6 TV Cut. However, the reason I asked for Part 4 Uncut and JGTH: Extended was because I had been promised those discs. I really want to check out the JGTH disc and wish somebody here could help me out. Please let me know if you manage to get the other ones (Part 5 v2, Part 6 TV Cut) onto DVD. I'd be interested in them too.
