How to convert NTSC audio to PAL speed?

The audio from the SE CD is running at normal speed, without the PAL speedup. I tried to convert this to the same speed as PAL audio with BeSweet and Adobe Audition but the result are less then satisfing (SP) How can I make it run at the same speed as PAL video?

If you want to just speed up the sound, there's a dead simple little command line tool that I have used before - SoundStretch.

If you want to speed up the sound but preserve the pitch, things get a bit more difficult.

Thx Moth3r, I know how to preserve the pitch I only had problems with speeding it up at the correct speed.

Star Wars came down to a 104.27/104.28% speedup, and surprisingly Blade Runner comes down to exactly that aswell.

That's no moon. It's a LaserDisc.
