Burning DVD DL media

Hey,

Tried to ask about this on release forum but no answer.
How to determine the sector number (the point of layer change) when burning DL media?
Citizen has provided this information on the .nfo files, but there are releases out there without this info.
Is there any easy way to do this?
I use Verbatim DVD+R DL on LG GSA-4163B-burner with DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0.

I use DVD-lab pro. When you select "project > pre-mastering > set layer break..." you can select the dvd files on your hdd and DVD-lab will show you the chapters with sector number you can use for the layer break.

EDIT: I never burned a DL dvd ...yet. But I assume Nero will automatically use the layer break as it is set in the IFO file of the source files.
Fez: I am so excited about Star Whores.
Hyde: Fezzy, man, it's Star Wars.

I've never burned DL discs either, but you should know that the author of DVD Decrypter has updated his burning engine and released it as a new tool called ImgBurn.

ImgBurn will try its very best to burn your DVD-Video double layer images using the layer break you've specified in the IFO files, but it can also calculate the best place for you, to save you the trouble.

thanks for the advice Moth3r and Arnie.d.

i have burned Citizen´s EP4 PAL and NTSC and EP5 NTSC with dvddecrypter and he has on the nfo file the sector number. all three seem to work just fine on my compu - i use compu so that i can compensate for the over scanning occuring on normal tv.

i have all ADigitalMan´s dvd9´s that where posted to a.b.sw and people have been asking for those burned to dl medias. i do pif on my end alot. my friends like these dvds with label and cover printed, service which i can offer. most of them i send these don´t know jack about torrents or newsgroups let alone burning a dvd!

edit: i forgot to say that of all ADM releases ep2 and ep4 have been "vob in video_ts" posts so img burning soft would be any good. BUT if that ImgBurn soft can some how "find" that right spot from IFO file i´m willing to try that on out.
