Random: Webpage Sound Effect Question

This is a completely random question, but I think this is the best place for it on the forum. I'm wanting to make a webpage with a repeated image and a looping sound effect. Maybe some of you remember back when RotS came out and making fun of Darth Vader's "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" was the thing to do. There was a webpage like this with a picture of the scene and the looping sound effect. This is what I'm, going for. I want a picture of screaming Superman in the junkyard from Superman III with a looping scream. I know it's silly, but if anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it.
