I think this should be the correct area and the index/stickied threads don’t seem to touch on the topic.

Sadly one thing I’m noticing about this site is there is no search function, unless I’m missing that. So it’s hard to see if anyone has ever mentioned what I may. NVM, it looks like they may have had search before but got rid of it several years ago. https://originaltrilogy.com/topic/How-do-I-do-this-on-the-OriginalTrilogy-com-some-info-answers-member-FAQs/id/60848/page/1#1208174

Once I did a site: search I found a few posts related to Topaz but I don’t see any topics.

Topaz Video AI isn’t free but it is, IMO, the best upscaling software on the market, for the price. I’m sure there are other models out there but I haven’t found any under $1k that are better than Proteus/Rhea, and Project Starlight is showing real promise, though it requires an elite tier computer; 5090 minimum.

I personally use Rhea and Proteus for enhancement and upscaling for many of my professional works. Nyx too for Noise Reduction of specific scenes, night etc.

FYI, I tried their Astra app recently, only might be good for animated work. And Project Starlight itself, cloud-based, is crazy expensive per credit, but I imagine studios and other big companies could use it to a large benefit.

Starlight is their first diffusion-based model, the rest have been GAN (machine learning). I just learned about that recently too
