This is more of a question of your prequel trilogy as a whole, but is the chosen one subplot changed at all in these? In my opinion it’s kinda half baked and removing it from the whole trilogy would allow for the sequels to integrate into the overall saga better since palps ends up coming back.

Wow looks great! Loving the more natural looking colors. TPM always had a weird pink saturated look to it even when they tried to fix it on the BluRay and UHD

Have you considered using the original 1999 DTS mix? Apparently it’s much better than the mix on the 2011 Blu-ray release.

It’d be a hassle to say the least to switch everything over. Better how? I’m aware of it and I’m pretty sure I have it even. The BluRay audio is spec’d higher. What virtue does the DTS mix have?

I believe the sound mixing is stronger and louder. Similar to how the current mixes of the Original Trilogy sound inferior to how they sounded in the past.
