Looks good. Only thing I see that I don’t know will work is Ron not leaving - there’s no way to really explain why he doesn’t go to Godric’s Hollow with them.

Deathly Hallows as it should have been: a more focused, entertaining and magical finale that combines both parts into one big, epic conclusion to the Harry Potter franchise!
Special thanks to Anjohan for his kind and encouraging words!

You have some really exciting stuff here. I love the color correction and your take on Ron leaving.
I am curious to see what you are cutting out of your edit, since you are putting back some of the deleted scenes (many of which are crucial to the film).

Is there a way to remove Bellatrix getting chopped to pieces? I never liked that choice, since it is never established that Avada Kedavra can do that to a person. Also, it kind of takes away Voldemort’s “special way of dying”.
Anyway, keep up the good work and I will definetely be looking forward to check out the final result!

I know AEmovieguy was going to attempt something similar for his “Whole Wicked Edition” until he mysteriously disappeared from the forums no less than seven years ago. Take note of the two specific changes in his cutlist for Part 2:

This seems like a very ambitious change, indeed. I have no idea how he would have — or did, for that matter — accomplish this specific alteration, but it sounds doable to me. If I can gather enough information on this, I’ll surely see what I can do in this case. 😉

The color and general effect of your brightness and contrast are awesome! 😃 But in the final shot of your three examples in that video (from March 20) — the shot with Ron and Hermione, Harry — you can see (especially with the ground) that you are losing a good amount of detail due to brightness/contrast blow out. Maybe play with the settings on that one to see if you can both keep your overall look and more of the detail? (Or maybe you’ve tweaked that already since that post? It is a few months old now.)
That’s just a quick thought for kicks. Good stuff, CamSMurph, keep up the good work! 😃
LightWave = fun times with gfx for me 😃

Thank you for your kind feedback. I’m currently messing around with Adobe Premiere Pro and I’ve actually gotten a head start on developing an entirely new intro heavily inspired by these two videos:

I’ve already altered the colour grading since then, and I cannot wait for you to see it when the time comes!

I’m actually figuring out how I’m going to pull that off. Not gonna lie, I’m kind of nervous as to how it’ll turn out. 😅
I’ll keep it in for now and come back to it later.
