IIRC there is some discussion on the bonus features / deleted scenes for the 2019 ‘Maclunkey’ SE version discs in here:-

^ as well as the 2019 Original Trilogy ‘Maclunkey’ Special Editions since being available to buy individually on 4K UHD or blu ray - so they can be ripped to ‘mp4s or mkvs’ etc (though I’ve no idea on the quality of the bonus features / deleted scenes).
