Just watched RoS Ascendant - awesome!
Tried to get the others but noone seems to be seeding. I’d love to start with Episode 1, looking mostly for the 720p version, but would love to get links to all episodes if possible. Thanks for all the great work, I’m really excited to see these!

I have been working on something, and it’s nearly ready to be released.
I decided to reissue Cloak of Deception, The Approaching Storm, and Labyrinth of Evil with remastered ‘deleted scenes’ using the footage provided by bryantmh as described in the thread linked to below.
While the result remains imperfect, it’s a large step up and the scenes feel like they posture themselves to blend in better with the main movie. I’d like to think I can set these prequel edits down without leaving anything on the table. I don’t think there’s much else anyone could do to make them more presentable in a theater (given that those deleted scenes are gonna be there).
I do not plan to make any real changes beside this. For COD, I added about half a second of pause after the new 3PO line immediately prior to the podrace sequence which was too quick in V6. For TAS I tweaked the sunset kiss effect and swapped the establishing shots before and after the ‘Padme addresses the Senate’ scene. For LOE I plan to reinstate the line “FOR DEMOCRACY” (because recent U.S. political shenanigans have given me an appreciation for it).
I would once again like to thank MMP, poppasketti, Catsailor73, ChainsawAsh, EddieDean, Josanael, RogueLeader, and Neerb for their help with the new(er) computer. Without it, this would not have been possible even if my older one hadn’t bitten it.

Yes and yes. I’d call them V6.1 or something but I have always just used straight numbers for clarity’s sake so I will here too.

This is really exciting news, the quality of the deleted scenes was the only thing that gave away the nature of your fanedits, however big the upgrade is will be a welcomed one. Can’t wait.
I assume updating the subtitles to reflect the changes would be pretty staightforward, but let me know if you want help.

I suppose there’s no way I can convince you to reverse the V6 re-additions of JarJar getting his tongue snatched and Anakin making Padme feel uncomfortable? 😉 Jk, I’m sure I will enjoy these new versions regardless.

Darn, i just downloaded all of these today without noticing that you’re updating them! When would you say they could be released? Was gonna show my gf the prequels this way since she was interested after the mandalorian, i’ll wait if it’s soon.

I must’ve got them while you uploaded, i noticed they had gone when i was finished. Coincidence!
A shame though, took me hours… oh well!
Edit: just checked, my files finished downloading at 11pm local time, whilst you uploaded the new ones at midnight lol

Unless you’re going to watch them on a better setup than I have in my home, V6 ought to be fine if you don’t want to wait. lol
That said, V7 has now fully arrived for COD and TAS. I have not yet gotten to work on LOE.

You said it would be V6.1. It isn’t too much of a V7 since the changes are incredibly minor.

I’m not big on asking for help, but I keep running into the same problem and am not sure if I’m doing something wrong or just need to try more often.
I can access the drive page but all last week keep getting the error about the download quota being reached.
This morning it started to work, but then it quit on me just over one GB into the download. No way I’m making it to the full 1080p file size.
I tried the torrent but there don’t seem to be any seeders.
Is there something I’m missing?
