Reddit tends to make people depressed. I don’t know, if the media/social media is getting you down, you could try out https://tanksgoodnews.com/ for some unrelenting positivity. Reading a book is also supposed to be quite healthy, or spare time permitting you could even take up a new hobby. I hope you start feeling better soon.

Went on Soundcloud to listen to the British Grenadiers, and went to the comments to see if anyone came from Barry Lyndon, only to find islamophobic comments, someone called another person a F****t and even saw someone with a Hitler profile pic.
