Bitches, please. Clothes make the man. Vader and Lando are the chadiest pimps this side of the Rishi Maze. Not like virgin Han with his cuck vest.

I tend to focus on the storyline more so than anything else. Empire works mainly because it was the simplest and most straightforward film in the trilogy, even with its cliffhanger ending. Empire also has the clearest beginning, middle, and end out of all the movies in the franchise. It’s so clear you can figure it out just from the locations Luke is visiting. (Act I: Luke’s on Hoth. Act II: Luke’s on Dagobah. Act III: Luke’s on Cloud City) The movie also advanced the character development of just about everyone in a satisfying way. Luke, Han, Leia, and even newcomer Lando Calrissian all go through a character challenge of some sort. And even those without character development are fascinating to watch. (Yoda comes to mind.) And lastly, the gigantic reveal at the end of the film is one of the most infamous plot twists in film history. I won’t spoil it, even though everyone knows what it is, but there’s a reason it’s still being quoted.

I have altered Lucas’ visions. Pray I don’t alter them any further.
