Wow, this is pretty interesting! What was your process for upscaling the cartoon?
I used a new program that came out this year called Video Enhance AI. It’s based off of the Gigapixel AI upscaler, only for video. It’s worked like a charm, and even has given some great stills from the Holiday Special beleive it or not.
Took it a while to do both Volumes, since its basically two movies, but it worked out great.

That is so interesting! I’m definitely gonna have to email you, I loved this micro-series growing up, so I would love to have this in a higher quality.
I would be interested in seeing this applied to some of the movie deleted scenes, or even the animated segment of the holiday special.
