Bare minimum should be shots of Naboo and Kashyyyk similar style to Bespin and the Coruscant edit.

Put the arrival of the civilian fleet after Palpatine shocks the Resistance, allowing Rey’s lowest point and Poe’s lowest point to coincide so that the tone doesn’t flip-flop as much. Because most of the shots include ships that haven’t arrived yet, I changed it so that Palpatine only electrocutes the Tantive IV. I also added music from Revenge of the Sith and Jonh’s ghosts.
You’ve got to ask yourself one question: “Am I making Carrie Fisher’s ghost proud?”

If anyone extends EP9 celebration scene - I think this shot should be repurposed for Theed/Naboo - doing something simular to Coruscant edit,

I would gladly learn VFX stuff and modify the lip-syncing of the characters to redub the planet’s name as Korriban. The shot of the Sith statues with the orange ambience just speaks KOTOR.
I wouldn’t want Exegol to be Korriban. The planet was already shown in Clone Wars season 6, so a lot of the mystery surrounding Palpatine’s lair would be lost.

This could definitely be done, although it would take quite a bit of work to do it for every lightsaber shot throughout, especially if other things need to be masked out of the color adjustment as well.

That’s what I was thinking. Exogol can’t be Korriban because for plot reasons it needs to be hard to locate.

Magnificent work there! Regarding the color correction, I believe red/orange is fine. In terms of the movies, there hasn’t been an orange colour pallette for a planet since Geonosis, so it’s a welcome change and at least more original and sinister-looking than blue.
I honestly think it would work really well the the nightmare reality would be changing all the amazing fan edit scenes, mainly from Jonh and Poppasketti. 😥

Once she left Jungle World and didn’t have to interact with a wax figure of Leia anymore, she should’ve pulled her braids (?) out.
I mean, weren’t the reused shots of Leia taken from interactions with characters that weren’t Rey? And even if they were using scenes with Rey why would her clothes and hair be a problem? They changed Leia’s look with CG so I don’t see how Rey a new look would have been an issue. I think we’re just rationalising the decision to rehash her TFA look. Worst case scenario, JJ doesn’t have an atom’s wight of creativity. Lol.
