Hey there! Had a quick question (I’ve done a bit of searching but haven’t turned up much.)
I’m generally a purist when it comes to the OT (Harmy and 4K projects are my go-tos) but I was curious and am wondering…
Are there any audio edits synced up with GOUT that utilize music/leitmotifs from the prequels? I’m not looking for anything TOO heavy handed but something like “Battle of the Heroes” during the ANH duel, things like that?

The unfortunate reality of the Star Wars prequel and Disney trilogies is that they will always be around. Forever. They will never go away. It can never be undone.
I also prefer to be referred to as “TNT”, not “Freezing”.

Because if there was a project that already accomplished this goal, undertaken by someone with superior editing skills to my own, I’d rather use that.

I see each trilogy having its own themes. There is some crossover, but adding too much PT music to ANH would not be a good thing. It is the only film I think needs some editing (when doing a fan edit) and I intend to add Vader’s theme in a couple of places. It has to feel natural and something you’d almost miss. Though a small bit of music toward the end of the duel might fit in nicely.

These are my thoughts exactly. I wouldn’t want to change the tone of the film in any major way, or overshadow an already incredible soundtrack.
There were a very small handful of moments during my last watch through where I was thinking a subtle use of some of the prequel leitmotifs would be fun.
Outside of Adywan’s ANH:R, which did specifically what you said you didn’t want to do, I don’t think a fanedit like that has already been made.
